  • Organizational needs and budgets will be prepared for better cash flow and fund flow management
  • Market research and product survey will be conducted for getting better feel and restructuring where necessary
  • Core USPs of the product will be identified and entire marketing, packaging and advertising strategies will be developed to encash such salient features of the products vis-à-vis competition
